INSIGHTS MANAGER:
The successful candidate will join our growing Insights department and lead multiple major consulting projects.

Responsibilities:
- Help clients design persuasive and logical selling stories that lead to execution.
- Develop category reviews that deliver key insights.
- Conduct Post-Mortem analysis on program effectiveness for clients.
- Translate consumer survey data into recommended actions.
- Analyze Point-Of-Sale transactions to identify trends and opportunities.
- Spearhead customer requirements for new business information systems.

Qualifications:
The successful candidate will be required to have:
- 3+ years experience in category management at a consumer packaged goods company
- Demonstrated outstanding communication skills and client service
- Clear proficiency in distilling analysis into insights
- Proven ability to drive results and meet all deadlines
- A record of continuous improvement on projects and processes
- Expertise in MarketTrack, HomeScan, WorkStation Plus and Excel
- University degree

APPLICATION DEVELOPER/SUPPORT:
ToolBox is currently looking for individuals with a strong technical background to join our team. The successful candidates will help develop and support a variety of new and ongoing projects for various clients. Projects may necessitate the use of various technologies to complete, as per our customer’s requirements. The Application Developer\Support will complete and maintain projects to client requirements and exceed their expectations. These positions will be full-time with benefits.

Qualifications:

- Strong technical skills
- Demonstrated and proven problem solving skills
- Proven proficiency in SQL development and database design utilizing large amounts of data
- Experience with ASP.NET 2.0 particularly with C#
- Strong VBA coding in Excel and Access
- Previous experience developing reports based on client requests
- Expertise with the majority of Excel functions
- Demonstrated ability to work in a team and manage multiple priorities
- Experience with point of sale, shipment, and ACNielsen data would be an asset
